救命！！！中了勒索病毒，后缀被改成“dewar”，能解决吗？

如题，昨天同事开了远程桌面，今早中招了，操作系统是window server 2008。附件内有一个文本信息和被锁定的文件。
跪求大神帮忙解决，勒索信内容如下。
