最新勒索病毒 .cobain 加密扩展名。【申报】

各位斑竹、大神好：
       提报一个最新的勒索病毒。360应该还没收录，和处理。中病毒后，无提示窗，只有各加密文件的目录下出现一个 !!!READ_ME!!!.txt 的文本勒索信。
解密要求，提供国家和城市 信息及勒索信本文。应该是需要勒索信内的 加密钥匙。他们有私钥。

现在把病毒样本及源文件，压缩后挂为附件。请各位大神品鉴，并衷心希望360尽快出台解密方法。

重要的事情说三遍  压缩文件内： cobain_en.exe 为病毒文件，看后缀应该是中国人用病毒机生成的。

应该是最新的一款勒索病毒，后续添加收录。

我的也中这个病毒了，不知道现在可有解？

我公司服务器也是中了这个病毒，有解药吗？希望各路大神帮忙出出解药，
